  • The personalized recommendations function by scanning your face, allowing Compar's advanced algorithms to utilize science, trichology, dermatology, and machine learning to identify which hair products and ingredients align with your specific hair features. As we are financially independent, all recommendations are solely based on your profile and based entirely on science.

  • You can purchase the products through our app, where you'll be redirected to the retailer's webpage. From there, you can complete your purchase using our affiliate link.

  • To change your hair profile, simply navigate to the bottom right of the app where you'll find your personal profile. From there, you can adjust individual features or completely redo your profile by clicking on "Edit". Remember, you can always make changes as needed.

  • To change your login details, simply go to the settings menu within the app. From there, you can navigate to the account or security section where you'll find the option to update your login information.

    If you wish to delete your account, you can find that option in the settings menu as well. Your account will be deactivated for 30 days initially, and if you don't log in during that time period, it will be permanently deleted.

Only authorized personnel with a legitimate need, such as giving you a personalized experience or our technical support team may access it to provide assistance if necessary.
