Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your products must be in the same condition that you received them, unopened or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are issued as store credit only. No cash refunds or credit card reimbursements will be made.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at contact@compar.app with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on where to send your product(s).
The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs of returns.
Please note that if your country of residence is not Denmark, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Refunds
Upon receiving the return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Please allow us 14 days to process your return.
If approved, you will receive an email with your store credit details, which can be used for future purchases on our app.
Damages and Issues
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
